This website displays a gene expression atlas of the Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) comprising 21 sample types. The expression values for each gene are in transcripts per million (TPM). Two types of search are available:
- Tissue search, rendering the 100 most expressed genes in a tissue or developmental stage.
- Gene search, allowing the search of a gene by its ID or its functional annotation.

- 01-07-26: The CPB Atlas 2 is online! This new website display the same transcriptomics data than the first atlas, the genome has been reassembled and reannotated. This website also includes additional features: a genome browser and an ortholog gene search.
- 17-01-26: New features! It is now possible to select a set of gene and create a heatmap to vizualize their expression across tissues or developmental stages.
- 29-10-25: The function to search a gene by a function has been updated to look up for words in the Ldec_2.0 and Ldec_3.0 annotations in addition to the BLAST and Interproscan annotations.
